How can I make a booking?
Once you have a date and theme in mind, get in touch and we can check availability. 

We mostly communicate via Facebook messenger but we are also happy to chat on the phone.

How much space do we need?
Each individual setup will take up approximately 80cm(W) x 160cm(L)

Our rainbow canopy teepee requires approximately 3m x 2m (indoor or outdoor)

We may ask for a photo of your space prior to the day to plan the layout

 

Do you accept cancellations?
A £30 deposit is required to secure your booking which is non refundable in the event of cancellation.

Your deposit can be transferred to another date 
if 2 weeks notice is given.

When your booking goes ahead, this deposit fee will be returned providing that our equipment is undamaged when we collect it.

What happens if one of our guests can't make it?

We will contact you a week before your party to check your guest list. We can adjust the number of tents if necessary at this point.

​

If for any reason changes are made after this point of contact, we would have to charge the full cost.


An alternative that we could offer would be to set up the spare tent in a siblings bedroom (if they weren't already planning to join the party).
 

Are there any age restrictions?
We don't have any age restrictions. We let you be the judge.
We just hope that you'd be more mindful of our equipment when there are more curious minds around.
Some may say the most suitable age for the sleepover package is 5 - 11
If your toddler loves camping adventures but you don't think they're ready for a sleepover, give us a call and we can arrange a day time setup or a craft party!


What areas do you cover?

We are based in Doncaster but we're happy to travel 20 miles
Some areas within 20 miles include
Rotherham, Bawtry, Worksop, Scunthorpe, Selby, Gainsborough, Goole

 

Locations beyond 20 miles may be accepted with an additional fuel charge.
