We feel as though we have more to offer than just a teepee hire service, so we would like to offer you as much pre-party assistance as you need to ensure your party is a memorable one..
For all the GOOD reasons!

We can provide theme related food ideas, party bag ideas/supplies, game ideas, custom invitations, local caterer recommendations.

What to expect BEFORE your party
Here at Humble Dee Teepee we know how consuming party planning can be, we would like to remove as much of that pre party stress as possible.
The ONLY thing you need to do is choose your favourite theme and let us know the date that you would like!

We can currently offer 4 teepees at a time (if given enough notice, we could accommodate a larger party).
We understand that siblings may want to choose DIFFERENT THEMES so we will accommodate this wherever possible.
We are very approachable and friendly so contact us with ANY QUERIES. We aim to respond within 12hours.
Our PRICES are visible on the website, giving you the ability to create a party to suit your budget.

We will request a £30 DEPOSIT at the time of booking which will be returned when we collect the equipment.
Full payment will be required 2 weeks prior to your party.

What to expect on the day
SLEEPOVER PACKAGE
You can put the kettle on, we provide the setup!
(Mine's a coffee please)

It will take approximately 1-2 hours to transform your room into a captivating sleepover setting.
Once we have checked that everything is perfect, it's over to you to enjoy your sleepover party until the following day.
We will return at the arranged time to take everything down
Did you capture all the fun on camera? Use this time to check out your photos and share them with your friends.
Don't forget to tag us in your photos @humbledeeteepee
What to expect on the day
RAINBOW CANOPY TEEPEE
You can put your feet up, we provide the setup!

It will take approximately 1-1.5 hours to set up a charming area, perfect for getting creative or providing a place to relax and enjoy some scrumptious treats.
Once we have checked that everything is perfect, it's over to you to enjoy your party!

We will return at the arranged time to take everything down

Things to consider
We want ALL guests to receive a luxury sleepover so we need your help to keep our equipment safe and in tip top condition.
​
NO DRINKS or MEALS in the sleepover tents.
Provide snacks that are less likely to stain/damage the beds.
​
NO FURRY FRIENDS on the beds. We completely understand that your four legged friends would like to join in the fun but we need to be mindful of other guests.
For the safety of the children, we will not hire our equipment where SMOKING takes place in the house.
Our mattresses are washable but if your child is prone to accidents, please provide your own waterproof sheet for extra protection.

PILLOWS are NOT provided. Please ask your guests to bring their own pillow (for hygiene reasons).
​
Our sleepover tents are for INDOOR use ONLY (unless agreed otherwise).
​
We require the area to be cleared before we arrive.
Each individual set up will require approximately 80cm x 160cm.
Our rainbow canopy teepee requires approximately 3m x 2m
We may ask for a photograph of your space to help us plan our setup.
